Please give a brief description of the equipment, its intended purpose, the cruise # it was last used on if any and its deployment method.

1) Tethys, 2) flux measurement devices (non electrical) similar to those used previously, 3) gas collection tubes (used on Alvin), 4) incubation chambers, and 5) Pressure compliant sampling cyclinders.

1) Please contact Rich Camilli regarding TETHYS.

2 and 3) The other items are being fabricated or modified.  None are electrical devices.  We anticipate some pressured samples from a new style of flux measurement system currently under development.

4) Incubation chambers were deployed by Jason on AT15-53, Jason lowerings J2-599 and J2-600. We are currently fabricating gas injector frames to be used in the continuing deployment of the incubation chambers, to introduce our tracers into the sealed incubators in situ.  We are working with the marine facilities ship at Scripps to fabricate these.

5) We may bring several (100 to 300 mL in volume) pressure compliant sampling tubes to retain in-situ pressure upon sample retreival.
