We will focus on recovery of the bottom pods and PIES using an Oceaneering Comanche ROV. Monitoring current speeds with the ADCPs will be critical. We will also need sound speed, determined with either/both XBTs and CTDs. Near bottom navigation will be supported by USBL system. |

I'm uncertain about winches at this time. Oceaneering has said they will not be able to use the ship's fiber optic as an umbilical so presumably they are bringing their own. I don't know if they will bring their own winch. |
