| Oceanus will be the ship of opportunity to recover a NOAA DART buoy #44402 that is adrift off station ~ 130 nm SE of Fire Island NY. Once recovered they will redeploy a new DART Mooring buoy #44402 that will have acoustic release capability. | |

| Loading will take place Sept 17th. 2 NOAA trucks will arrive along side the vessel around 1000 -1100 hrs that day. 1 mooring will be already assembeld off site and will be ready to go. 2 large crates containing 2500m 3/4" nylon rope. 7 pairs of floatation balls 1 acoustic release 2 anchors @ 3000 lbs each. | |
