WHOI guest investigator Stefanie Semper enjoys sunrise off of Jan Mayen Island on the R/V Armstrong, prior to the start of a hydrographic section across the Jan Mayen Channel. Stefanie is participating in a multi-ship field program studying the circulation pathways in the Nordic Seas that supply the dense overflow across the Greenland-Scotland Ridge.
