Anchor aweigh

Third Mate Kami Bucholz throws the “sea anchor” to swimmers Patrick Neumann and Dave Walter as DSV Alvin breaks the surface at the end of another dive to the bottom of the sea. Kami is driving the recovery Avon, which is launched from the R/V Atlantis.  The sea anchor is like a parachute in the water; it helps keep the sub from coasting into the ship as Alvin is reeled in by the tow winch.
