This International Symposium on Arctic Sea Ice and Climate will take place
on November 5, 6 and 7, 2008 in Woods Hole at the Woods Hole
Oceanographic Institution.
The major themes of the meeting are physical and biological parameters and mechanisms in a changing Arctic climate.
On Wednesday November 5 and Thursday November 6, fifteen scientists representing a wide range of expertise and perspectives will give presentations in Clark 507. The presentations will be interspersed with extensive
discussions on Arctic Climate (also in Clark 507).
On Friday November 7 in Redfield Auditorium, there will be a public lecture on
Arctic Climate Change; this will be followed by concluding discussions in Clark 507. See the links to the left for more information.
