Information for the Applicant

Please read the directions carefully before filling out this application and make sure all pertinent questions are answered completely and accurately.

Guest Student Eligibility:  College undergraduate or graduate students are eligible to apply as guest students at WHOI.

STEP 1:  Confirm a sponsor from our scientific or technical staff (see listings of areas of research).

STEP 2:  Work with your academic advisor at your home institution to complete pages 1 and 2 of the Guest Student Agreement.

STEP 3:  Complete and submit the Guest Student Application by attaching the (partially) completed Guest Student Agreement and your resume (CV) to the application and submit.

None, guest student applications are accepted year-round.
