Visitor Center & Store

Drop by the WHOI Visitor Center to pick up a souvenir, map, or a copy of Oceanus magazine. Our staff and volunteers are ready to answer your questions and provide you with other resources about WHOI and our ocean research. Summer walking tours are also available in July and August by reservation. 

Parking Notice

Street parking in the village of Woods Hole is very limited and metered. We strongly encourage summer visitors to park at the Falmouth Mall or free municipal lots in Falmouth and ride the WHOOSH trolley approximately 4 miles to Woods Hole. The trolley is operated by the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority and charges minimal fees.
