WOODS HOLE PUBLIC LIBRARY: Winter Craft Workshops
February 6, 2020 @ 7:00 pm
Winter Craft Workshops continue at the library on Thursday, February 6 at 7 p.m., with a session on “Visible Mending” led by Crickett Warner. “Visible Mending” is an ancient Japanese technique which allows worn clothes to be made yet more beautiful and usable. Patching material will be provided by the library, as well as needles and thread. If people like to use thimbles, they should bring their own. Workshop participants should bring their own worn clothes, preferably jeans. Numbers will be limited to ten at this workshop which is free and open to the public. People should call the library to register at (508) 548-8961.
