Engineering assistant Tom Lanagan and engineer Dan Duffany test a new launcher for the Archerfish — a mine neutralizing remotely operated vehicle (ROV) used to eliminate subsurface mines with a shape charge — at the tank in WHOI’s Coastal Research Lab.
