WOODS HOLE FILM FESTIVAL (WHFF)

December 16, 2021 @ 8:00 am - December 19, 2021 @ 11:30 pm

The WHFF Virtual screening series will run from December 2021 through May 2022 and will present independent films and special live events hosted on its online streaming platform every month. Additional virtual and live screening events will be added as well. Screening events are hosted online for a four-day viewing period and will include a live Q&A or discussion with filmmakers scheduled virtually during the viewing period. The selections include films from the WHFF as well as independent films curated specifically for the series. The series is part of the WHFF’s commitment to offer year-round independent film programming to supplement the annual summer Festival. December 16 through Sunday, December 19, WHFF will feature the film JACK LONDON’S MARTIN EDEN by Jay Craven. The festival will host a live online Q&A with Jay Craven on Saturday, December 18 at 7 p.m.  The film will be available to watch between Thursday, December 16 at 8 a.m., and Sunday, December 19 at midnight EST. When you purchase your ticket, you will also receive a link to the virtual Q&A. Once you start playing the film you will have 48 hours to finish watching, or until midnight on Sunday, December 19, whichever comes first. For the best community viewing experience, watch the film at 5 p.m., on Saturday, December 18, and then join WHFF Executive Director Judy Laster and Director Jay Craven for the Q&A on Zoom at 7 p.m. Tickets are $14 per person, $20 per household ($12/17 respectively for Woods Hole Film Festival members) and are on sale in advance at www.woodsholefilmfestival.org.
